My Friend, My Muse, My Mascot

I have a steady friend whom I must have first met in a dream. I seem to have known him since I was so small, so it must have been a dream first meet. He seemed to be wearing a lovely elephant mask. Afterwards I used to see him at countless street corners as well as many beautiful natural haunts.
I was told that to see him before exams brings you good luck. Some tried and swear to its truthfulness. Some others confided that it put them in better frame of mind when writing exams if they had seen him beforehand. Many treated him as their innocent but cute and adorable kid brother, with whom they can have fun, can confide their most shameful secrets as well as their innermost cravings. They never expected him to make their wishes to come true. But when they found their desires getting fulfilled they began to fear him a bit. They started to keep away from him for some time, and then trying to bribe him at special occasions, so as to cover it up.
I have not yet sorted him out. Yet, why should I run foul with him and invite him to get in my way? So far we seem to be going well together, he had always been in good mood with me, or so it seems. So I ask thee, my dear mascot, be a good sport. We are trying to get up one hundred plus blogs or websites that would do good to us and to as many folks from as many places as possible. So let’s wish each other well.
